    This is our third sharpener, and by far the favorite in the family. In the past, we have used a stone and a small handheld sharpener that runs over the blade, while the blade is facing you. This Chef's Choice sharpener is so much easier than the stone, and so far, lasts longer than the sharpener blades of the small handheld. If/when we need to replace, we'll be purchasing Chef's Choice again. Highly recommended.

    I am so glad we bought this knife sharpener. It works just they showed in the video and it very handy to have in the kitchen.

    Very easy to use and quick. Great for keeping my knives sharp and ready to cut. It fits very well in a kitchen drawer, I use it often.
