The Edgecraft Chef's Choice 323 Diamond Hone electric two stage knife sharpener is designed to give you professional, factory-sharp results right in your kitchen. It features a precision guidance system that automatically helps maintain a perfect edge from tip to heel as it positions and stabilizes the blade while sharpening. It can even sharpen serrated edge bread knives! It produces strong, arch-shaped edges that last longer than other common edge structures.

The two-stage process will sharpen all types of knives, from butcher knives to pocket knives. The first stage uses 100% fine diamond abrasives to sharpen the blade which completely prevents detempering. Then, the second stage uses micron size 100% diamond technology to both hone and polish the blade for a polished and durable finish. This unit features outstanding durability to stand up to the rigors of a fast-paced kitchen and every-day use. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
