It's activated by a low minimum 0.7 gallons per minute flow rate, features a 4 gallons per minute flow rate, and runs at 110/120V, 80,000 BTU, making it ideal for commercial applications.

This tankless water heater is designed with an advanced LED digital temperature control and display that is easy to use and read. The water temperature on this tankless heater can be adjusted from 90 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It's also lightweight and energy efficient. Along with an advanced Generation 3 computer board with high-performance processing, this water heater features advanced incoming and outgoing water temperature sensor technology for safety. This unit is ideal for a wide variety of indoor commercial applications including hotels, schools, and restaurants.
