It's activated by a low minimum 0.7 gallons per minute flow rate, features a 4 gallons per minute flow rate, and runs at 110/120V, 74,500 BTU, making it ideal for commercial applications.

This tankless water heater is designed with a digital temperature display that is easy to read and manual controls on the front control panel. The water temperature on this tankless heater can be adjusted from 80 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It's also lightweight, features onboard diagnostics, and is energy efficient since it only activates on demand. This unit is ideal for a wide variety of indoor commercial applications including hotels, schools, and restaurants.
