Doyon Baking Equipment WM35 Details

Avoid dry crumb and flat flavored bread by precisely controlling the amount of water in your recipes with the Doyon WM35 water meter! This water mixer will dispense 4.75 to 10 U.S. gallons per minute with a water pressure ranging from 15 to 70 psi. Its volume measurement accuracy is plus or minus 1%, allowing for precise and complete control over the water-adding process. You will always know the exact temperature of the water since the unit gives precise water temperature readings from 35 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. An 8.2-foot hose is included for the water outlet, and the meter comes standard with a 1/2" NPT water inlet.
