Simplify the task of dividing and rounding dough by hand with the Doyon DSAH22 22 part dough divider head! This dividing head assembly divides your dough into 22 equal portions in a matter of seconds. It's capable of creating portions weighted between 1.4 oz. and 4.8 oz. and can portion a variety of doughs such as bread, buns, tortillas, and pizza.
This part is compatible with Doyon DSA semi-automatic dough dividers. It can be easily disassembled from the dough divider for quick interchangeability with other Doyon dividing head assemblies (sold separately). Plus, the easy disassembly makes cleaning simple. This dividing head assembly is the perfect addition to your Doyon DSA dough divider.
