Solve your high-volume proofing needs with the Doyon DRIP1 roll-in proofer, a convenient and efficient addition to any busy bakery! The open proofing cavity allows for one rack of products to be easily rolled in, eliminating the hassle of individually loading and unloading pans. The proofer operates between 90 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity up to 95%, all of which is individually controlled. Rack not included.
