Details

This durable dual plated 12" aluminum upper platen is designed to work with any DoughXpress DXDD series dough docker. Thanks to 4 bolts with wing nuts, it's easy to swap out one size platen for another, so that no matter what size pizza you're creating, you'll achieve perfect results! Its steel docking pins are inserted between the platen layers so they won't come out, and the combined weight of the platen and steel docking pins provide better dough penetration compared to molded plastic versions.

Please Note: This model is designed to dock already pressed dough; model is not to be used to press balls of dough.
