Ideal for use in your hospital or healthcare facility, this unit holds food at HACCP-safe temperatures until it's ready to serve. It fits up to 20 compatible trays and features removable tray slides for easy cleaning. It has 2 chambers with an insulated middle wall to keep hot and cold food separated. The active hot / cold temperature holding system utilizes convection heat to keep hot food hot on one side, while forced air ensures cold food stays cold on the other side. The digital control panel boasts simple operating buttons with boost / hold modes and a large LCD display so staff can easily view hot and cold temperature information.

This unit's stainless steel exterior and thermoformed ABS plastic panels are durable and easy to clean. The top of the cart is embossed, providing a sturdy work surface to help with serving or storing supplies. The 4 insulated doors offer superior temperature retention and feature decals to help staff quickly identify hot and cold sides. A full-perimeter bumper protects walls and doorways during transport, while the top push bar and vertical push handles with finger-shaped design allow for smooth and effortless mobility. Plus, it comes equipped with 6 casters, 2 fixed and 4 swivel, and a central braking system to keep the unit securely in place. It requires a 120V, 1 phase connection to operate.
