And thanks to its stainless steel exterior and heavy gauge aluminum interior, you can be sure this unit will reliably serve your establishment's needs for years to come.

To keep your valuable food safe from tampering after business hours, this state-of-the-art roll in refrigerator features built-in door locks with heavy duty strikes, ensuring that the doors stay closed and locked until you're ready to open them. Heavy duty door gaskets guarantee a secure seal when the doors are closed. The double paned tempered thermopane glass doors help you easily find what you need before opening the refrigerator, saving energy.

A top mounted 3/4 hp compressor circulates environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. Its top mounted design prevents dust, food, and spills from damaging the compressor's fan intake. An externally mounted digital thermometer clearly displays the temperature so that you can adjust it with the microprocessor controls. It also has an alarm to alert you of any sudden drops or rises in temperature.

The Delfield SARRI3-G is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 115V electrical connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
