This refrigerated cold food well can hold two full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 6" deep lengthwise at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. To maintain a consistent temperature, the bottom-mounted 1/6 hp compressor circulates R290 refrigerant to keep the well's contents evenly chilled. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. This model can conveniently also cool food using ice for unmatched versatility and allowing for greater energy savings. The sectioned, perforated false bottom directs water and compressor condensation into the bottom section, where a 1" plastic drain lets you empty the liquid at your convenience.
