Thanks to its innovative front-breathing design, the Delfield D4472NP-12 6 drawer sandwich prep refrigerator can be pushed flush against a wall or built into a cabinet or counter to help conserve valuable space in your busy kitchen. From cafes to pizzerias, the unit is designed to withstand commercial settings and streamline workflow.

Its ingredient rail can hold up to (12) 1/6 size food pans (included), so you'll always have the toppings you need close at hand. These food pans are made to rest on dual level pan brackets, which allow you to recess the pans 1" into the unit; doing this helps keep the pans' contents cool when ambient temperatures are particularly high. Plus, a patented air screen helps prevent product from drying out, maintaining the moisture in fresh vegetables and other ingredients. To give your staff a convenient place to assemble sandwiches or toss together MTO salads, the unit also includes a 10" deep polyethylene cutting board, which is easy to remove and run through the dish machine.

Beside the ingredient rail on the right is 25 1/4" of countertop space, which is ideal for storing condiments, supplies, or even food prep equipment, like slicers and choppers. Inside the cabinet is additional storage space too, with a spacious 24.8 cu. ft. capacity and 6 drawers. Each top drawer fits up to 1 full and (3) 1/9 size, 6" deep pans, while each bottom drawer fits up to 1 full and (3) 1/9 size, 4" deep pans (sold separately). These drawers are great for organizing back-up ingredients so that staff don't have to go far to retrieve more toppings during peak hours.

Featuring a stainless steel exterior top, front, and sides, this unit is designed for maximum durability. It even includes ABS interior sides that are corrosioNP-resistant and won't dent, ensuring long-lasting use in your establishment. A set of 5" casters is included for easy mobility too, making it easy to clean the floor underneath or to service the unit when needed.

This sandwich prep refrigerator is powered by a robust 1/3 hp compressor, which circulates R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
