When you need a fryer that can keep up with the busiest shifts and a menu full of fried foods, this Dean SCFD460G (4) 75 lb. Decathlon gas floor fryer is the perfect solution! This unit comes with a thermo-tube heat transfer system that ensures efficient energy use, so that more heat goes into the oil and not up the vent. A 1-degree RTD temperature probe and precise temperature control during heat up / recovery protects the oil from excessive high-heat damage so that it lasts longer. A wide cold zone traps sediment and keeps it away from the cooking area to further preserve oil and food quality.

This fryer also features Thermatron controls, which are great if you like a control set that keeps operation simple while still giving a few core features. The controls use an intuitive on/off switch and a temperature set dial, but also let you control the melt cycle for solid shortening and run a boil-out to clean the fryer. (2) twin fry baskets per frypot (8 total) give you the flexibility needed to cook up multiple batches at once.

Since oil is one of the top costs of fryer ownership, it's important to filter it regularly to maximize oil life. This unit's built-in filtration system makes it easy to filter your oil and makes it more likely to be done at the proper intervals! It uses a 4 GPM pump and a stainless steel filter pan with casters, and is built into the cabinet beneath two of the fryers. For added convenience, you can still use the other frypots while the filter system is running.

The (4) 75 lb. frypots, doors, front, and sides are made from stainless steel to provide durability at key points, while stainless steel baffles and reliable burners minimize maintenance calls and keep your fryer running. When it's time to clean the fryer, the forward-sloping bottom, full port drain valve, and 3" drain line make it easy to empty the frypot. It comes mounted on 6" casters that make it easy to move for cleaning and maintenance. It has a 1" connection for liquid propane and comes with a combination gas valve with regulator. A 120V electrical connection must be supplied for the controls.
