This Curtron SUPRO-16-EC clear bun pan rack cover lets you easily view your trays and pans while protecting your food from contamination, aiding in proofing and retaining freshness longer. It is made of durable, 14 mil thick PVC plastic that can stand up to the daily demands of your restaurant kitchen, bakery, or school cafeteria.

The Curtron SUPRO-16-EC clear bun pan rack cover features reinforced seams, a heavy duty nylon full access zipper, and a tear resistant top. It is not recommended for use in walk in freezers. The clear bun pan rack cover fits standard size end load pan racks.

    For the rack that we have, this rack cover is a bit awkward and oversized, but it does what it is supposed to do! It probably doesn't fit all racks, so check the dimensions before purchasing it.
