Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to its solid state electronic controls and easy-to-read LED digital display. The controls are guarded by a stainless steel, locking, lexan security panel to prevent tampering of any kind, making it perfect for use in correctional facilities.

The cabinet's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant, Hi-Tensile aluminum for maximum durability. The interior features coved corners to prevent the buildup of food particles. The unit also comes with 12 sets of removable stainless steel universal slides on 4 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the self-closing Dutch doors are field reversible. They come outfitted with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal and with magnetic latches that are easy to open while providing a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.

To make installation and transportation easy, this hot cabinet comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility. A push / pull handle is located on each side of the cart so staff can easily maneuver it through the serving area. The doors can be secured using the positive catch with lock hasp, so the interior contents stay in one place while on-the-go. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
