The interior is illuminated with a light too, displaying side dishes, pizzas, or warm, wrapped burritos for easy merchandising. Monitor the cabinet throughout the day with the easy-to-read thermometer on the control panel.

The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive stainless steel and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 4 gravity-fed wire shelves that adjust to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. Plus, at the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean, thanks to the smooth walls and coved corners.
