Safely and quickly cook food prior to service with the Cres Cor CO151HUA350 half size QuikTherm 350 oven! Designed with easy-to-use LED digital controls and exact temperature settings, this oven is designed not only to reconstitute precooked foods, but also to slow roast at a steady 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It's made to be used solely as an oven, rather than a holding cabinet, to keep up with the demand of your high-output kitchen. When slow roasting, there is 15-20% less shrinkage and an even, natural browning for a more tender meal. This oven can cook over 120 lb. of meat in only 6 sq. ft. of floor space.

The oven's exterior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while its interior and top are made of 16 gauge stainless steel. The interior features coved corners to prevent the buildup of food particles. The unit also features 6 sets of removable chrome plated wire universal slides on adjustable 1 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the door is field reversible. It comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and with high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latches that are easy to open, but provide a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.

To make installation and transportation easy, this oven comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility. Because the unit does not need to be placed under a ventilation hood in most locations, you can even install the oven wherever it will serve you best. An included drip pan ensures that saucy and juicy meals won't make a mess, meaning that you'll spend less time cleaning and more time creating your specialty dishes.
