Its frame is made with all welded steel and no bolts, giving it superior strength and durability. It uses CNC robotically spun discs that allow greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of its impressive strength. The CPC powder-coat finish is chip-resistant and long lasting, making it ideal for heavy use in industrial settings. This unit was designed to extract exhaust fumes directly from their source to maintain safer air quality. The drum provides an easy access panel for convenient maintenance. It features a hose guide that is drum mounted and a hose guide rail. It also includes internal ducting.

This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible. This cartridge-style motor is easily removable, making maintenance safe and simple. The reel also features a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. The lock ring is cast iron and has a non-sparking bronze pawl. This unit fits 4-6" exhaust ductwork, meaning ductwork does not need to be fitted per reel. This unit is for floor, wall, and overhead mounting applications.
