The Cleveland TMKDL-125-T 125 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed twin mixer kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly heat, churn, and stir large batches of mashed potatoes, soups, or sauces, and more! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix processed meats for vacuum-sealing. Additionally, its twin structure allows preparation of a second batch of food while one kettle is being mixed.

So that you can mix and blend big batches efficiently, this model features a mixer that can be moved between the two twin kettles. It offers removable nylon scrapers to pull food away from the sides of the kettle and a center agitator for thorough, consistent blending. The mixer itself is mounted on a movable bridge that lets you swing the mixer to the required position. A safety device prevents high speed starts, while the scraper speed control offers infinite variability between 0 and 40 RPM. The agitator rotates at 0 to 8 times the speed of the scraper.

This tilting 2/3 steam jacketed twin mixer kettle heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots, yielding consistently ideal results. The kettles themselves and all exterior surfaces are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-lasting use in your institutional kitchen. A 35 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. For easy filling, cleaning, or dilution, this twin mixer kettle features a hot and cold water faucet. And when you are ready to empty your kettle, the tilting mechanism with its roller bearings and self-locking worm and gear ensures smooth operation. It also includes a 3" diameter, quick-opening butterfly valve for convenience. This model requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection and a direct steam connection for operation.
