The Cleveland MKDL-100-T 100 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed mixer kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly heat, churn, and stir large batches of mashed potatoes, sauces, or soups to a smooth consistency! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix processed meats for vacuum-sealing.

This Cleveland 100 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots, yielding consistently ideal results. The kettle itself and all exterior surfaces are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-lasting use in your institutional kitchen. A safety device prevents high speed starts, while its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.

For easy filling, cleaning, or dilution, this mixer kettle features a hot and cold water faucet. And when you are ready to empty your kettle, the tilting mechanism with its roller bearings and self-locking worm and gear ensures smooth operation. It also includes a 3" diameter, quick-opening butterfly valve for convenience. This model requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection and a direct steam connection for operation.
