3 Part Design
Featuring a 3 part, carbonless design, this order delivery form ensures accurate record-keeping with one original and two copies with each form. Part 1 includes the original white order delivery form, while parts 2 and 3 consist of a yellow and a pink copy, respectfully. Use the copies for added organization, promoting a color-coded system for your establishment.
Carbonless Paper
There’s no need to worry about placing messy carbon sheets between parts in order to make the yellow and pink copies (parts 2 and 3). Thanks to the carbonless paper construction, accurate, defined duplicates are instantly made as soon as you start writing on part 1.
Wrap-Around Cover
A convenient wrap-around cover prevents write-through from one form to the next. Simply position it between forms before writing, and you’re good-to-go! Writing will only copy from part 1 of the top sheet to parts 2 and 3 of the same form.
Accurate Accounting
14 lines for line items ensure your staff has plenty of space to complete each order and ensure accurate accounting. Within these rows, columns for each line item, the quantity of each line item, and the total cost for each line item are all provided. At the bottom of each form, fields for tax, delivery charge, and the total cost round out the bill.
Navy Blue Print
Navy blue print makes this check easy to read for staff and patrons alike and provides a stark contrast to black and red inks.
Order Prompts
At the top of each order delivery form, prompts such as “Delivery” and “Pick Up”, “Time Delivered” and “Promised Delivery Time” are printed to facilitate faster service and fewer errors.
