im pretty sure I got the wrong product. Mine came without any carbon sheet. I bought it so I could keep track the day's sales and what were served but the one that came did not have carbon copy

With our POS system we don't use our tickets to convey orders but are something the server can use to keep track of customers orders to put in the system. That is why we get these, not fancy or nice but they are great for what we need them for.
