Made for use specifically with the ChocoVision Panner (sold separately), this add-on product blows filtered, ambient air on your fresh, chocolate-coated items to help expedite the drying process. This helps to achieve fully-covered, chocolatey fruits, nuts, toffee chunks, or other food items in a flash, which helps to increase product output in your establishment! Plus, the adjustable airflo speed and angled tube ensure even drying of your tempered chocolate to produce consistent results in every batch!

This product is made with high-quality stainless steel and is built with durability and longevity in mind. Able to withstand daily wear and tear, this AcceleratAIR blower helps you perfect your chocolates and is perfect for use in high-volume confectionary stores, bakeries, cafes, and chocolate shops! This product requires an 110V electrical connection, 140W, and 1.2 amps for operation.
