So you can get started cooking right away, the kit includes an accessory package with a pizza peel, cleaning brush, and infrared thermometer. Perfect for building into your patio or outdoor deck, this DIY oven kit ensures compatibility in a versatile range of cooking spaces and is the perfect choice for environments that require a smaller footprint.

Since this model is wood-fired, it brings the unique flavor profile and visual appeal of a live flame to your establishment. The oven is crafted from commercial-grade refractory cement that stands up to high heat, and it is reinforced with stainless steel fibers to provide structural integrity and longevity.
