Store a variety of food containers, pans, trays, and other supplies in the back-of-house with this Channel UR-5 aluminum 5 shelf mobile rack. With 5 pan slides, the rack accommodates full size food pans, full size sheet pans, totes, and other food storage containers. The pan slides are spaced 5" from each other and are 3 1/4" in width. This width ensures that the bottom of totes, pans, or trays are adequately supported during storage.
To withstand regular use, the rack's frame is entirely welded and made of aluminum. A set of 5" casters are securely mounted to the rack, too, providing convenient mobility. Because they swivel, the casters allow you to maneuver the rack through tight back-of-house areas with ease. Whether used in a walk-in freezer or dry storage room, this unit is sure to help keep your operation organized.
