Perfect for most convection ovens, this Channel COS348 29" x 48" x 30" aluminum convection oven stand helps you create a convenient baking or cooking station in your back-of-house. Made of heavy-duty, hi-tensile aluminum, the stand features a bottom shelf that runs half of the length of the unit. The other bottom half is occupied by a set of 6 pan slides, which are set on 3" intervals. They allow you to store sheets pans before or after use, serving as a convenient place for dishes during the cooking or baking process.

To provide you with the best unit possible, it's backed by a lifetime guarantee against rust. It's also outfitted with a set of standard 5" casters for easy mobility, allowing you to easily move for cleaning or service.
