This grill utilizes heavy-duty cast iron grill grates for long-lasting use. These grates not only hold smoke to concentrate heat, but provide food with a smoky, wood-fired flavor. This unit utilizes cool jacket technology that concentrates heat on the inside while ensuring the outside of the grill is cool to the touch for a comfortable workspace. The 25,000 BTU built-in gas log lighter is quick and easy to light and keeps the fire going without the need for manual tending. The log lighter is set up for use in natural gas applications but can easily be converted for liquid propane. This unique design makes for both an energy-efficient and cost-effective operation.

This unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and inner-wall construction for damage-resistance and long-term performance. It features front-access ash drawers to easily collect and dispose of any ash that is produced. It also includes a 4" backsplash to catch any debris from food. Plus, it has 5" swivel / locking casters that allow the unit to be moved when needed or securely locked into place during use. It also features a sauce pan shelf to keep butters, sauces, and other seasonings within reach.
