Enhance efficiency and reduce waste with this Champion P7-30 30" pulper waste handling system. With an initial input of 24 gallons, this system effectively shrinks the volume of food waste at up to 1,000 lb. of waste per hour. It can even handle paper and cardboard through extreme compression. The 30" slurry chamber uses 2 tool rotating sheering blades and 3 stationary blocks to grind up food and other particles into a slurry mixture. The stationary blocks have 4 cutting surfaces each, and the slurry chamber runs on a 7.5 hp grinding motor. The motor is protected by a seal between the flushing valve and pump.

This free-standing unit is constructed with durable 304 stainless steel. The standard feed tray leaves you with ample space for pots and dishes, and a strong magnet traps flatware, reducing waste and damage to your reusable utensils. Plus, the stainless steel tubular legs with bullet feet can adjust up to 1 1/2" so that your unit stands level and sturdy. It has a 1 1/2" drain connection and a 1/2" cold water connection.

Once the food and paper waste is ground up, the 3 hp water extractor chamber removes water from the slurry, and the compression cone dispenses a semi-dry pulp into waste containers. The remaining waste is a fraction of the original volume, saving enormous amounts of space that would have been taken up by full-sized, discarded food and paper products. This chamber features a gasketless water extractor door and a convenient, external drain handle for quick and easy cleaning. A start / stop switch is mounted to the water extractor, and the control box and circuit breaker are remote-mounted as well. This pulper waste handling system is perfect for use in high-volume food service establishments such as restaurants, event venues, hospitals, and university cafeterias.
