Designed to be waterproof, this thermometer is IPX-7 rated to protect it against water immersion for 30 minutes at 1 meter. Perfect for measuring water temperatures during commercial dishwasher cycles, this thermometer has a temperature range of -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The min / max and data hold functions make it easy to set the designated temperatures so your staff can monitor and record temperature readings.

In addition to measuring water temperatures, this thermometer's 1.5 mm thin tip is also ideal for measuring delicate cuts of fish or meat. With a 6-second response time, this thermometer will add efficiency to your operation. Plus, this thermometer features a BioCote antimicrobial coating for added sanitation. It comes with a LR44 battery, and a protective sleeve for storage. A built-in clip makes it easy to attach this thermometer to chef coat pockets or aprons so you can take it with you wherever you need it most. There is even an optional magnet included to mount to the back of the thermometer for versatile hanging and storage options.
