This CaterGator Dash pan carrier with two full size 2 1/2" deep stainless steel hotel pans and lids offers optimal versatility and features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP). This closed-cell bead foam provides thermal insulation with a high level of durability to weight ratio, plus it's an excellent energy absorbing material that withstands multiple impacts without damage. This material offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.

Convenient Design

This carrier has a user-friendly top loading design equipped with a flip down lid to provide easy access to your food pans, and for easy cleaning. It's also stackable, allowing for effortless transport in cars or vans. The molded handles on either side of the carrier provide an ergonomic solution for comfort while transferring. For easy storage between uses, this carrier can be folded down to the size of a typical insulated food delivery bag. This maximizes your storage space and helps to save on shipping costs.

This set includes (2) 2 1/2" deep full size hotel pans made of durable 22 gauge stainless steel that can be used to prep, store, transport, and serve food items. The pans are heavy duty and are built to last through heavy commercial use. These pans are each large enough to hold 8.3 qt. of your signature entrees, casseroles, and salads. They can go from freezer to oven to serving line without bending, which ensures that they will sit flat in steam table wells and hold their shape under the toughest conditions.
