Start your buffet carving station off on the right foot with our carving station kit; the most affordable carving station on the market!

The carving station kit includes a Carlisle HL8195 39" Flexiglow heat lamp with a 250 watt heat lamp light bulb, which helps keep large cuts of roast beef, ham, turkey, or lamb warm throughout your lunch or dinner service. The heat lamp can be easily mounted to the cutting board using the screw holes on the lamp base. Or, if you prefer to mount the lamp directly to your table top, you can purchase the Carlisle HLA20 clamp (sold separately and linked as a Companion Item).

A 16" x 24 x 1 3/4" maple wood cutting board provides ample space to carve meats for your customers. A full size drip pan holds the cutting board, and helps protect your countertops and table cloths by collecting drippings, which can later be used for sauces and gravies.

    A very nice unit at the price I paid, much less than at other web sites. My only regret is that there is no drip pan made for it

    I think the carving station is great. The extra long arm on the lamp is great to prevent any burns. You do have to assemble yourself but I am not good at jobs like that but I was able to do it myself in about 15 minutes
