Alto-Shaam CS-100 Details
Carve up mouthwatering meats while keeping it all at a safe serving temperature with the Alto-Shaam CS-100 carving station! Its removable cutting board rests on top of a heated shelf base, which features a three position toggle switch for complete heat control throughout an entire evening of serving. The heated shelf combines with a 250 watt infrared fixed heat lamp to maintain safe serving temperatures without additional cooking, and the stainless steel base has a recessed surface to easily catch drippings and make cleanup a simple process! A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
