This blender features variable speeds and 2 included emulsification cutters to whisk, emulsify, blend, separate, and break-up ingredients to create uniform ice cream mixes and sauces. It can easily accommodate fresh or frozen fruits as well, turning whole pieces into purees with its optional fruit cutter. With this blender, you'll have emulsified pastry mix in 30 seconds, blended ice cream mix in 60 seconds, and emulsified ice cream mix from whole ingredients in 120 seconds, making it the ultimate time-saving kitchen necessity.

For safety, this blender only operates when it senses two hands on the control handles for 10 seconds, after which it will operate automatically. Its motor arm has a vertical range of 15 3/4", giving it versatility for blending different quantities of mixes. It can also horizontally oscillate 360 degrees, ensuring that ingredients that tend to stick to the sides of the blending cup are incorporated into the mix. This blender includes a control panel with an on / off button, timer, LED bar for controlling the motor speed, and emergency stop button so you can fully customize the settings for each mix. This unit requires a 1 phase, hardwired, 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
