The three shelves of this cart are built to last. All three shelves are made of 20 gauge stainless steel and feature a raised lip to prevent items from sliding off the cart during transport. Use them to haul up to 400 lb. of bus tubs, food pans, plates, flatware, or dry ingredients. The wheels are made of thermoplastic and rubber for a quiet ride, and the casters feature brakes to lock the cart in place for periods of extended use.
