Measuring ice cream can be challenging, but this scale even comes with removable cone holder trays so that you can easily portion out your most popular ice cream even if it's being served in a delicious waffle cone. Each tray slides into place for measuring and then can be removed for cleanup, or to weigh bowls or even milkshakes. Plus, this scale is accurate to 1 gram every time. It can weigh up to 4 lb. in increments of 0.1 oz. and up to 2000 grams in increments of 1 gram, making it the perfect tool for ice cream shops or restaurants.
