Excellent for no knead bread to be stored in the fridge. Because it is clear it is easy to see the status of your bread. Very happy with this purchase.

These Cambro containers are so nice to have for multiple uses. I have a few of this six quart size that I use for storing bulk flour and others for rising homemade bread dough, etc. You can't go wrong with these containers.

I bake a lot of bread at home and this is the only bin I will ever proof my bread in. I named her Suzy (in honor of my gandmother -- who always burnt her bread)

Perfect to store and proof my dough for Artisan Breads in 5 minutes a day....I can see the rise and fall of the dough clearly.
