    This big container works great. I like the graduated measurements on the side. It goes from the freezer to the counter with no problems. I recommend this highly!

    Great product, excellent quality! I purchased these buckets as Christmas gifts for my bread-making friends for use as proofing buckets. You can see at a glance when your dough has doubled by looking at the marked graduations and the lids provide protection from critters as well as preventing the dough from drying out.
