These cambro plastic containers are great for straining hot liquids into! Nice round size perfectly fits and holds china caps for easy straining! You can cool down stocks right in the container too!!

I'm gluten free, so when I bake I use a lot of different types of flour. These are perfect for storing them--they stack in my pantry and keep the flours fresh.

The 2 qt storage container is a great value for the money.The container is big enough for storing or mixing smaller quanities. Very happy with the quality and easy to clean.

I ordered these from Webstaurant Store after paying THREE times the price from another website! These are perfect for overnight bread starters, bigas and poolish. Don't forget to order the lid.
