This Cambro RFS1 1 qt. round food storage container is made of impact, stain and chemical resistant solid white polyethylene plastic. It is used to store ingredients or transport ready-to-serve or partially prepared foods. It's round shape promotes proper air circulation around the container. It has easy to read imprinted graduations on the outside for inventory at a glance. The handles have molded-in holes for quick and sanitary drying. This container can withstand temperatures from -40 F to 160 F, so they can be used in refrigerators and freezers. The lid is sold separately, found under Companion Items.

    We really love this size container. It is just enough for our various sauces and dips. Guacamole for two days, onions for two days, olives, etc. They are very stable when stacked two or three high.

    I use these buckets to store rice as well as all kinds of dry goods. They keep a very good seal that is air tight.
