While the NSF-listed food pan and seal cover feature a versatile temperature range of -40 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, the insulation quality of the carrier is ideal for transporting your food for extended periods of time. It's built to hold cold food below 41 degrees Fahrenheit or hot food above 135 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 4 hours at a time. Plus, when faced with a longer commute, you can use the Camchiller or Camwarmer accessories (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further!

Designed to expand the functionality of your food storage and serving operation, this kit's BPA-free food pan features a uniform 1/2" outside rim that ensures a smooth fit into prep tables and food bars, not to mention vending carts! Its textured bottom reduces damage caused by scratching as well, while its smooth, non-stick interior has molded-in standard and metric graduations for quick cleanup, increased yields, and accurate measuring.
