The Cal Mil 810-52 Cut-Mate carving station kit's attention-grabbing, sturdy dark wood frame complements any buffet serving area. The carving station kit also features an 18" x 22" cutting board, which has a cut out slot to collect scraps, and a channel for drippings. The scraps and drippings are kept out of site in the carving station's black plastic drip tray.

A clamp is included that can hold most standard heat lamps. The Cal Mil 810-52 Cut-Mate carving station kit is easy to disassemble for cleaning and storage.

ive done a lots of carvings working at gillette stadium. this is similar to the ones they have. keeps food hot and help drain the juices.
