Keep a steady supply of hot water readily available in your kitchen prep areas with the Bunn H5X Element SST hot water machine! The Bunn H5X Element SST hot water machine is ideal for preparing large amounts of mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese sauce, gelatin, and other powdered foods.

By holding water at a constant temperature up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, the Bunn H5X Element SST hot water machine helps to maintain the consistency and quality of your water based menu items.

The Bunn H5X Element SST five gallon hot water machine has a 240V, 16.9 amp, 4050 watt electrical rating and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. It is UL and NSF Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
