10 tbsp. Bossen crema whipping powder
12 fl. oz. whole milk
1.5 fl. oz. heavy cream

Pour milk and heavy cream into a blender and blend for 2-3 seconds. Slowly add the whipping powder and blend for 80 seconds, or until creamy.
