Great for operations with limited back-of-house space, this portable grill gives you a spacious surface for your signature grilled dishes without investing in an entirely separate grill for your buffet display! This portable cast aluminum grill allows you to easily grill any dish, such as shrimp, steak, veggie kabobs, and more! Set the grill pan atop 4 burners on your range and grill your signature dishes to the perfect temperature. Remove when not in use and free up those burners as needed. Use as a standalone grill pan, or transition the grill pan to an EZ fit tile (sold separately) for a unique front-of-house presentation. Simply allow the grill pan to cool to a safe temperature and place in the pre-cut tile. This will help keep foods warm on your buffet, while providing the authentic look of food fresh off the grill.

The raised edge design prevents grease and fatty liquids from spilling over the side of the grill and onto your burners. The grill also features handles for easy grabbing, portability, and efficiency.
