The GSP slicer tray promotes food safety by catching and collecting product as it is sliced and keeps hands outside of the food zone to reduce cross-contamination. It is form-fitted to the slicer base with distinctive drip edge to capture juices as product is sliced from moisture rich proteins and produce.

The deep, high side-walls are great for holding freshly sliced onions, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, eggplant, and tomatoes as well as round proteins like sausage and pepperoni sticks that tend to roll away.
