The Bizerba GSP HD-PEAK-PERFORMANCE-KIT peak performance kit is designed for use with GSP HD series meat slicers (sold separately). The kit provides various tools essential for proper slicer blade upkeep. It includes one sharpening stone and one honing stone designed as replacements for the remote blade sharpener assembly that comes with the slicer.

The stones keep the slicer blade in peak functional condition. The included cardboard strip is intended to be cut by the slicer blade prior to sharpening to ensure that it is clean. Cardboard spacers and a 10 mm fork wrench are included for the unit's remote blade sharpener. It also includes a remnant holder plate that helps keep meats, cheeses, and other food products secure on the carriage during operation.
