The item serves as a direct replacement for the board that comes standard with the unit, and should be used when the original item's cutting surface becomes too stained or scratched up to properly clean and sanitize.

Measuring 36" x 17", the board creates ample working space for preparing your most popular menu options. In addition to an easy-to-clean design, its white polyethylene construction ensures long-lasting use while providing users with a solid, sturdy cutting base. Any necessary mounting holes must be drilled in the field - it does not come pre-drilled.
