This versatile Axis AX-CL10D full size 10 pan combi oven is a great way to cook, steam, roast, and even bake from the same convenient unit! Boasting the ability to cook with convection, steam, or a combination of both, this combi oven is sure to boost your operation's efficiency with its versatile output and compact footprint. The spacious cavity offers plenty of room to hold 10 full size sheet pans, while 4 stainless steel wire shelves are included to accommodate a variety of other shapes and sizes of pans and dishes.

Digital controls give users complete control over the cooking process from start to finish, allowing you to store up to 99 recipes with 4 cooking cycles to give repeat customers the consistency they're looking for when dining at your restaurant. By simply pressing a few buttons, you can adjust the temperature from 86-500 degrees Fahrenheit, set the timer for up to 16 hours, and inject 0-100% steam to keep your foods moist and minimize shrinkage. A probe is included so that you can cook your product until it reaches a set internal temperature, while a convenient Delta T cooking mode dynamically adjusts the oven cavity's temperature based on the product's interior temperature for perfect results every time.

Automatic high-speed reversing fans and an advanced airflow design combine with ultra-high temperature fiberglass insulation to ensure even, consistent heating. Interior lighting and a double pane glass door makes monitoring your food a breeze, while the heating elements, steam, and fans stop when the door is open for added safety. A self-cleaning cycle keeps the combi oven looking and working great, while conveniently minimizing the time and labor spent on maintenance. This machine requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
