This Avantco 177PSLA5 gauge plate is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on your SL612A meat slicer. The gauge plate installs next to the blade and aligns meats and cheeses at the correct angle and desired thickness for each slice. If your gauge plate is damaged it is important to replace it promptly, as failure to do so could affect slice quality and even safety during operation. Use it to fix a broken one quickly and get your slicer working again!
