Convenience & Versatility
It offers the convenience of pump dispensing for your condiments or cheese sauce with the addition of an insert and ladle for service of toppings, too. Since it comes with (1) 7 qt. size condiment pump, you can dispense measured portions of sauces or dips with a minimum of mess. Also, the second inset with a lid and ladle makes it easy to ladle out portions of chili and chunky toppings. If you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from soups and sauces to hot entrees, snacks, and side dishes.
